Nyree’s journey in aesthetic medicine began in 2020, but her passion for beauty and helping others live their best lives has spanned over 30 years.
She earned a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University, followed by a BS in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University in 2004. Later, she obtained her Master’s in Nursing from San Diego State University, becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Throughout her career, Nyree’s mission has been to empower others—whether by supporting women to have the beautiful birth experience they deserve or by helping individuals look and feel their best.
In late 2020, she started her career in aesthetics, and in 2023, she opened Beauty Energy Exchange Aesthetics and Wellness.
At Beauty Energy Exchange, Nyree prioritizes kindness, integrity, and personalized care. Her approach focuses on achieving natural-looking results through neurotoxins, fillers, and a range of aesthetic treatments. Nyree is particularly passionate about helping clients with melasma, a condition she has personally struggled with. She crafts individualized treatment plans tailored to address pigmentation, wrinkles, aging, and overall skin health.
Nyree has trained with some of the most respected injectors in the field, including Julie Horne, Julie Bass Kaplan, Erika Barry, Waseem Garbia, Tom van Eijk, Leslie Fletcher, and Nicola Lowery. She is dedicated to continually enhancing her skills to provide the best possible care and results for her clients.
When she's not helping clients at Beauty Energy Exchange, Nyree enjoys going to the beach with her dog, Lily, spending time with her family and friends, delivering babies, biking, dancing, and traveling.

Dr. Justin Rome is a distinguished facial plastic surgeon with extensive experience and a reputation for excellence in aesthetic procedures. Completing his fellowship in facial plastic surgery at the renowned Bassin Center for Plastic Surgery in Orlando, Florida, in 2014, Dr. Rome swiftly established a private practice in Beverly Hills. Here, he showcased his surgical prowess in traditional facial plastic surgeries, including blepharoplasties and facelifts, along with advanced liposuction techniques like BodyJet and MicroAire.
Notably, Dr. Rome's skill set extends to injectables such as toxins and fillers, and he was an early adopter of Robotic Hair Restoration, gaining recognition in the competitive Los Angeles market. His success led him to found the innovative concept Barber Surgeons Guild (BSG), which seamlessly blends traditional barber services with modern medical aesthetics. Dr. Rome's venture expanded to New York City in 2019, showcasing his prominence in the industry.
Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Rome demonstrated resilience by pivoting to the development of a cutting-edge telehealth platform. This platform, set to launch in 37 states, is a direct-to-consumer subscription web app enabling patients to purchase compounded medications with asynchronous doctor approval in the backend. BSG, under Dr. Rome's leadership, has grown to accommodate 20,000 patients and 800 subscribers for their compounds.
Dr. Rome's commitment to excellence is evident not only in his surgical and aesthetic skills but also in his role as a leader. While being self-employed since completing his fellowship, he has played a pivotal role in training and overseeing MDs, DOs, RNs, and PAs at BSG locations. His vast experience and forward-thinking approach make Dr. Justin Rome an invaluable collaborator for any med spa or aesthetic practice.

I’ve been younger, thinner, and had flawless skin—yet still picked myself apart and felt unattractive. I’ve also been older, heavier, and living with a melasma mustache, while feeling more confident, radiant, and sexy than ever.
I created Beauty Energy Exchange because I know my experience isn’t unique. I wanted to create a different kind of medspa—one where nurturing your confidence, heart, and soul is just as important as Botox, filler, and beautiful, natural-looking results.

Yes. Every treatment is personalized to enhance your natural features—not change what makes you look like you. Nyree takes a thoughtful, anatomy-led approach to Botox, filler, XERF, Sculptra, microneedling, and other aesthetic treatments.
Are consultations available for first-time clients?
Absolutely. New clients are always welcome. A $50 booking fee reserves your consultation and may be applied toward any treatment or retail product. Nyree will take time to understand your concerns, answer your questions, and create an honest, personalized plan—without pressure or unnecessary recommendations.
